Tender guarantee
Obligation to keep a bid valid until contract signing — or until the bid validity period ends — and to enter the contract if selected.

- 0.5% of the tender's budget value
- Guarantee period
- Until the contract is signed or up to the period stated in the tender documents (max 58 days)
- Premium
- Guaranteed amount × 6% + ₮100,000
- Indemnity conditions
- When the bidder withdraws their bid in whole or in part before the tender validity expires; when the awarded bidder fails to sign the contract or submit a performance guarantee as required; or when the central state authority for finance and budget dismisses the complaint as unfounded.
